Faustino Paulo

Founder & Principal | Paralegal | J.D. Candidate | HR & Employee Relations Professional

Faustino Paulo founded Faustino Law & Paralegal Group LLC with a vision of bringing together legal support, litigation experience, human resources, employee relations, compliance, and business operations under one professional-services platform.

His professional background spans legal support, employment and workplace matters, litigation, corporate governance, compliance, and more than a decade of senior-level human resources and employee-relations experience. That combination gives him a practical understanding of legal matters not simply as documents and deadlines, but as problems involving people, evidence, organizations, risk, and strategy.

Faustino holds academic and professional training in law and paralegal studies and is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor in California. His continuing legal education strengthens a practice already grounded in hands-on paralegal work, workplace investigations, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership.

Having lived and worked across different countries and professional environments, Faustino also brings an international perspective to his work. He communicates across cultures and languages and understands the importance of clarity, discretion, responsiveness, and trust—particularly when clients and professional partners are navigating complicated or high-stakes matters.

His goal in creating Faustino Law & Paralegal Group is straightforward: to build a modern, dependable legal-support organization that professionals, businesses, and communities can turn to when accuracy, judgment, organization, and follow-through matter.
